The UNLV "STAR OF NEVADA" MARCHING BAND is the marching band at University of Nevada in Las Vegas.
 

Nicknamed the "Star of Nevada," referring to the star found on the "Welcome to Las Vegas Sign" and our uniforms, the UNLV University Marching Band is known unique pregame and halftime performances. Founded in 1985, the UNLV Marching Band performs at UNLV home football games in Allegiant Stadium, university-sponsored events, and special-performance engagements on the Las Vegas Strip. The UNLV "Star of Nevada" Marching Band has performed on Live with Regis and Kelly, and on stage with Lady Antebellum at the 52nd ACM Awards!

 

The goal for the UNLV Marching Band is to be a leader in quality, commitment, and esprit de corps in all its performances.
